Contest: Louisville is for Lovers Vol. 9 Giveaway

We mentioned earlier that John King is set to release Volume 9 of his Louisville is for Lovers series on February 3rd.  We also noted that the volume of good music available for this one was too much to fit onto a single CD, so he’s having to split it across two discs full of familiar names like Bonnie “Prince” Billy, Lucky Pineapple and others as well as some fresher faces.  So why are we reiterating this, you ask?

Because this time, John has been kind enough to offer up a copy of the double cd, a L4L poster & free admission to the release show on Feb. 14th for one of our lucky readers.

How to Enter:  Send us an email at BackseatSandbar@gmail.com with the subject line “Louisville is for Lovers 9” by Jan. 31 at 12pm.  One entry per contest.  The winner will be selected at random the following day.  For those of you not looking to hedge your bets, you can pre-order the album HERE.

For a little reminder of what we’re looking at, the tracklist is below the break.  An important thing to consider is that each of the tracks are original, as always, and this is the only way to get them.  My understanding is that disc two is under a more limited release, so act early to ensure you get both…
