I’ve been holding off on this post because I was unsure about it actually happening since it is scheduled at Coyote’s (in CityBlock). Apparently, all of the shows that have been scheduled at the venue will go on. Luckily so because I am really looking forward to this show! Jack White can do no wrong and from the little that I’ve heard, The Dead Weather is another hit.
Tickets are $25 bucks in advance or $27 at the door. You have to buy them on Ticketmaster. Tickets go on sale on May 9, 2009. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.

More on The Dead Weather…
The Dead Weather is an American alternative rock supergroup that formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2009. Comprising vocalist Alison Mosshart (of The Kills), guitarist Dean Fertita (of Queens of the Stone Age), bassist Jack Lawrence (of The Raconteurs and The Greenhornes) and drummer/vocalist Jack White (of The White Stripes and The Raconteurs), the band is due to release their debut album Horehound on June 9, 2009. The Dead Weather was revealed at the opening of Third Man Records’ new headquarters in Nashville on March 11, 2009.
