While we were watching The National in Cincinnati, Margot & the Nuclear So & So’s were tearing up the 930 Listening Room right here in Louisville. Not enough can be said about these guys, and reports from the show said that this was a different band that the one that played at Forecastle; tighter and more energy. Keith Robbins says the that it was a great show and, sadly, there were not nearly the number of people that should have been there. Keith was also so kind as to provide us plenty of video footage from the performance, highlights of which include Vampire in A Blue Dress, On A Freezing Chicago Street and the Quiet as a Mouse encore. As Tall As Cliffs and Hello Vagina were also exceptional, particularly if you like this band.
