Ingrid Michaelson @ Headliners - 6/4

Ingrid Michaelson is coming to Louisville for the third time in just over one year on June 4th. Last Back in February she played an incredible set at the 930 Art Center with Matthew Perryman Jones. This time around she’ll be at the significantly larger Headliners and Greg Laswell (also of television and commercial fame) will be coming along. The show is going to be all ages & goes on sale this Friday, April 25th for $15.

I can only hope the intimacy of the 930 show translates to the big stage. Back in February, Ingrid told jokes, covered “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” & wrote spontaneous songs about the Louisville snow and the drivers that come along with it. Hopefully the weather fares a little better this time also as the snow kept many of the fans (including my father) out of the audience that night. My last request is that the one song I was waiting around for all night (Masochist) gets played. Regardless, the show is bound to be incredible and if you’ve not caught her yet, I highly recommend buying the album and checking this show out.
