Willie Forreal of the Parlour Boys has a new band, Mother Father, who is going to be playing at The Dame on March 20th with Varsovia.  As if you don’t remember, the Parlour Boys were the first of the new bands launched by V Cast after they won the competition through MySpace and being chosen by users as the best upstart band on MySpace out of around 4,000 entries.  Looks like side projects are afoot now, as Willie has this project and John Buckman continues to DJ.  I hope the band isn’t done, as I still see a great future for them, but they’re website is “suspended” and their MySpace doesn’t indicate any new shows since September.
