For as annoying as 4th Street can be sometimes, it can do some good too, like thte fashion show earlier this summer, and some free shows, including tonights by Your Black Star, Follow the Train and The Fervor.  The question is how to balance this with tonight’s Gallery Hop. There’s going to be a deck show (artfully designed skateboards) at Derby City Espresso (331 E. Market), should be sick.
